Colony of Hongkong and carrying on business at No.8 Des Voeux

Road Victoria aforesaid Manager of David Sassoon & Co. Ltd., Merchants, a Justice of the Peace for the Colony of Hongkong and a Member of the Legislative Council of the said Colony do

solemnly sincerely and truly declare and say as follows:

1. I have been a householder in the Colony of Hongkong since

the year 1903.

2. I am the Manager of David Sassoon & Co. Ltd. Merchants

carrying on business at No.8 Des Voeux Road Victoria aforesaid.

3. I am a natural born British Subject having been born at

Twickenham, England, in the year 1869.

I am not the agent or solicitor of the applicant Raymond

Menashih Joseph.
